omigod...i've been have the worse stuffing fest ever...im always hungry...always eating and i cant help it...damn...whats wrong wit me?? is it tht im using a lot of energy so my body wants more kals?? or is it all in my head?? bottom line is...must stop eating so much!!....not healthy at all...im not so much worried bout the weight gaining..coz to be honest i probably needed those extra kg's...but its unhealthy to suddenly start stuffing when ur used to eating a bit...gosh...whats happening...!!....HELP!!!

k...i've been wanting to write about this topic for ages now...
i've tried this home made scrub thats targeted mainly for dry skin...
its sooo darn simple and inexpensive..all u need is extra virgin olive oil, pure organic honey and granulated sugar...mix them together...n u dont need a lot...just a small portion is sufficient for ur whole face n neck....it'll leave u feeling soft n moisturized...it'll be a bit oily at 1st but after a couple of mins it'll feel better...if u dont like the oil thn put some baby powder...personally i like doing this routine once a week...coz i dont over exfoliate my skin since tht'll cause premature aging...so far it has been the best scrub i've tried...(tomato n sugar, yougurt n oats, sugar n honey)...i'd recommend this scrub for all skin types...lagi2 yg dry...sensitive skin can also use this method coz its totally organic...tp jgn la if allergic with any of the ingredients,,huhu...dont over do it wud be my advice...coz its not good to over exfoliate...

i'm trying out this new product called OVALE...theres 2 types..whitening and rejuvenation...i chose the rejuvenating one instead of the whitening one...simply coz i think my skin is in desperate need of hard core rejuvenation dari whitening...it contains vitamin A, K and some othr essential vitamins tht i cant remember (aku dah buang pack dia so xleh refer)...its like the ellips hair oil..which is in capsules...(i feel is very cleaver coz leh bwk ke mana2..senang!!)....thn wht u do is squeeze all the oil n apply it all over ur face n neck..u apply it every night replacing ur moisturizer..(some say u can put it before ur moiturizer..but i do without the moisturizer)...its not oily even tho its oil..and not at all sticky...it feels so light on the skin and blends in perfectly after a couple of mins post application...and the smell i tell ya is DELICIOUS!!! sgt sgt yummy....maybe its just me n my latest fettish with apple fragrance...huhuhu...but mmg la sedap....i've finished 6 capsules alr...tinggal 1 more je...so have to head out to the drugstore to grab some more....gna get the 30 caps one...i definitely recommend this for u gals out thr...murah je pon...lebih kurang harga ellips...maybe a bit more mahal...tp best!! worth it...pegi try!!!

today was goin on fine...we (most of the class members) had made plans for cinemas at 6.45 at ciwalk...to watch "my name is Khan"..from the epiglottis FYI!!
its was a flawless plan...balik kul 3.30 sharp..thn tuka2 baju..cun2 skit...and meet up at ciwalk..i was appointed the tukang beli ticket..so i had collected the money n all....our plan was too good u see...so it had to screwed up...and it was...by non other thn an asshole whose name is to crappy n menyakitkan hati to be named....eeee....yeah u..u..u..you know who u are shit brain!!.....

BUT at 2.50 we were told tht the residents wanted to meet us...we all knew wht it was about...freaking spoilt everything....pasal perangai tahi n takde respect langsung ko tu org lain yg kena!!....

the doctor said..."here u dont have to be cleaver..just have to be'smart'"...as in attitude yg penting not ur knowledge...but the problem with u is...ko dua2 pon xda...otak pon xda..inikan lagi manners la kan....GOSH!!! how r u gna be a doctor man??? ethics pon xda...even org cleaning service tu pon ada manners...WHERE THE HELL IS URS??? did u like forget about it while looking for ur brain??? marah betul aku ngn manusia camni...uish....xpernah jumpe lain la....ko je la hold the title sampai bila2 ak rasa...pls deh!!!

so the conclusion is (if ya all havent alr guessed it)...plans sme cancelled...and we all ended up goin back at 6.30 camtu....bazir waktu je for org lain nyer salah....n bad impression on us malaysians...such a disgrace...embarrassing je...uish...seriously ini ke bakal graduan UNPAD??? buang je la woi....serious x rugi!!

gosh..i've had this nagging feeling..like i wanna reinvent myself or something.....its been ages since my last make over...and im in serious need of change...something...anything at this point...!!!
im so bored with the same old look....

rambut cepat la panjang so i can style u crazy!!! ada hati nak dye tht day...but thn got pulled back to reality...it took sooo long to grow out the previouly dyed hair..agonizing!!! so not taking tht road again...serik...straight hair makes me look fat...short hair xnak...coz penat tau nak grow hair ni...so what do i do???

face wise..im trying to get a smoother skin..n i realized tht fine line are starting to appear..which is a big OWH NO!! started using olay total effects...so far so good...it moisturizes the skin well..which is good for my ever so dry skin...n reduced lines...which is the main point...started doing some homemade scrubs thats just fab n sgt inexpensive...like the sugar,olive oil and honey one...my fav!! smoothens n hydrates my dessert skin...my uneven skin tone still is in need of serious help...especially at the under eyes area and also nose..ideas??

i gained 2kgs...so im happy with my current weight...wht i need next is exercise...but so far i think im getting plenty in OS...my heart rate dropped to 80 bpm from 100+ bpm...huge improvement for moi...ACHIEVEMENT!!

wardrobe ku needs major upgrading....tak sabar nak SHOPPING!!!! i think i've lost my shopaholic title...sigh...i miss shopping so much...gila gila gilaaaa punyer rindu....but xpe...i have my own lil personal shopper in sydney doin all the dirty work for me...muahahahaha..*evil laugh*..thank u adek ku syg...u shall be rewarded for ur services...cpt dtg sini after balik dari sydney k...!!!

finally got my leopard print umbrellas...it was so cheap..(half price from the previous one i wanted)...so i bought 2!!!.......see...good things come to those with patience.....eventho i sulked like hell when i didnt buy it last time...but now im sure glad i didnt...thank u sygku....muaxxxxx....will upload pics soon...im inlove with it!!
