coz frankly..it doesn't make any sense...
a wheel is round....n u have to be stuck to a certain point on the wheel to be on top or at the bottom..
so what im trying to say is...unless ur a bug that's been squished by the wheel...
its freaking impossible to have an ups/downs on a wheel...
